concept is finalised - one driven front wheel, two rear wheels two seats
The target is the same as 2007 - to prove that it is possible to drive an
average of
more than 50 km/h over 3000 km with solar power only by the use of standard
material available to everybody - and two seats of course - who likes to drive
alone?

20' Rim and two carbon seats bought via Ebay...
30.10.2008 - Seats mounted and
chassis finished / Evaluation process for solar cells started
04.11.2008 - Front break finished
and steering finished - chassis is ready to run...
02.01.2009 - Solar cells are
ordered and the first part of the panelstructure is finished
10.03.2009 - Canopy, main body &
electrical connections finalised
05.04.2009 - The first cells are
connected to strings
09.05.2009 - Battery boxes fixed,
rear body finished & rear brakes installed
13.05.2009 - First 77 solar cells
laminated on the front panel
29.07.2009 - All panels mounted -
electrics tested
Aug. 2009 - Finish &
testdrives

loaded in Container towards Down Under....
